PURCHASE LIMIT

Adults 21 and older may purchase up to 14 grams or equivalent per transaction at a registered retailer. Gram equivalency is the number that is deducted from your purchase limit. You’re legally allowed to purchase up to 28 grams or 1 ounce per day.

POSSESSION LIMIT

As of July 2021, possession of up to 1.5 ounces (42 grams) of cannabis is legal for adults aged 21 and over.

WHERE CAN I USE CANNABIS?

In general, you won’t be able to smoke or vape cannabis anywhere you can’t smoke or vape tobacco. Cities and towns may enact ordinances to regulate whether and where cannabis can be consumed in public. At home, landlords may prohibit smoking and vaping, but they generally may not prohibit possession or consumption of other forms of cannabis. Cannabis use is prohibited in state parks and on state beaches and waters. Just remember that using cannabis products in or around Venu Flower Collective is not allowed.

How Can I use CAnnabis?

There are multiple methods to use cannabis and the effects often vary with each, sometimes affecting the length of time it takes for the cannabis to take effect, or the length of time that it remains effective.
Smoking:
Smoking the raw product requires a flame and is the most common form of use. The effects of smoking cannabis are felt almost immediately, but soon begin to diminish over time. Regularly smoking any plant material can have a negative impact on lung function. A few examples of smokable forms are flower, hash, concentrates, and kief.
Vaping:
A vape product is typically in the form of a cartridge or disposable pen. A vape product is an oil made using a carbon dioxide extraction process from the flower. A vape product is inhaled and the effects are felt almost immediately, but soon begin to diminish over time.
Ingestible:
Edibles are ingestible products that are infused with cannabis. Edibles usually take longer to take effect than smoking or vaporizing, often 20 minutes to an hour. The effects from eating cannabis last much longer than other methods, often up to four hours or more. Some examples of ingestible products are gummies, beverages, tinctures, oral solutions, and oral sprays.

If they are not picked up within that time frame, they will be put back to inventory and a new pre-order will be needed.
