PURCHASE LIMIT

Adults 21 and older may purchase up to 14 grams or equivalent per transaction at a registered retailer. Gram equivalency is the number that is deducted from your purchase limit. You’re legally allowed to purchase up to 28 grams or 1 ounce per day.

POSSESSION LIMIT

As of July 2021, possession of up to 1.5 ounces (42 grams) of cannabis is legal for adults aged 21 and over.

WHERE CAN I USE CANNABIS?

In general, you won’t be able to smoke or vape cannabis anywhere you can’t smoke or vape tobacco. Cities and towns may enact ordinances to regulate whether and where cannabis can be consumed in public. At home, landlords may prohibit smoking and vaping, but they generally may not prohibit possession or consumption of other forms of cannabis. Cannabis use is prohibited in state parks and on state beaches and waters. Just remember that using cannabis products in or around Venu Flower Collective is not allowed.

After selecting your desired products, proceed to checkout and follow the steps to complete the transaction. All pre-orders will be held for 48 hours. If they are not picked up within that time frame, they will be put back to inventory and a new pre-order will be needed.
